Purchase Notice

• •You can purchase items after signing in with your linked game account.
• •Payments are processed through Xsolla. Prices are shown and charged in KRW (Korea) or USD (overseas) based on your region; choose your payment method in the Xsolla checkout.
• •Purchased items are delivered to the mailbox of your linked account. Delivery is usually immediate but may take a few minutes depending on the game server.
• •Some items have per-account, weekly, or monthly purchase limits; purchases beyond the limit are blocked. The remaining quantity is shown under 'Purchase limit' on the item purchase page.
• •Guest accounts cannot make purchases. Please sign in to the game and link your account before buying.
• •You may withdraw your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. (As digital content, the right of withdrawal may be restricted once delivery or use begins; refunds follow the policy set out in the Terms of Service.)
• •Requests can be submitted through a 1:1 inquiry to Customer Support, and payment cancellation or a refund to the original payment method is processed within 3 business days of receipt. Withdrawal is restricted for items that take effect immediately on purchase, or where a bonus item granted with the purchase has been used.
• •The 100% first-purchase payback applies once per account: your first purchase amount is credited in full as mileage to spend in the 'Mileage Shop' within the web shop. See the event notice for details.
• •Web Shop event mileage granted for taking part in the 100% first-purchase payback event expires automatically on 26 March 2027. Expired Web Shop mileage cannot be restored or re-granted.
