You can log in with your existing Pixel Tamerz game account — no separate sign-up is required. ※ Note: if you don’t have a character created in the game, payment is blocked, so please create a character in the game first. If web shop login fails, please reconnect to Pixel Tamerz and try logging in to the web shop again.
No. When you log in, your main character in Pixel Tamerz is loaded automatically. Before buying, please check at the top that the character receiving the item is correct.
When you make your first purchase in Pixel Tamerz Shop, 100% of the amount you paid is credited as web-shop-only event mileage. (See the event banner shown when you arrive for details.)
There is no maximum cap — the full purchase amount is credited. The event mileage is valid until 26 March 2027. (It expires automatically after that.)
Yes. Regardless of your in-game payment history, anyone making their first-ever purchase in Pixel Tamerz Shop is eligible for the benefit.
Yes, they are two completely different currencies. Web Shop Mileage is a dedicated currency earned by participating in the Web Shop First Purchase Event. It can only be used to purchase items in the Web Shop [Mileage Store]. Web Shop Mileage cannot be used in the in-game Mileage Shop.
Payments are processed through Xsolla Pay, a secure payment system. You can choose from a range of methods available for your country and region (credit card, easy pay, e-money, and more).
You need to complete the payment within the time shown on the payment screen. If it expires, please start the purchase again from the beginning.
Some items have purchase limits per account, per week, or per month. You can only select a quantity up to your remaining purchase limit.
It’s delivered to the in-game mailbox (or inventory) of the character selected at checkout. Delivery is usually immediate, but it may take a few minutes depending on network conditions.
Refunds are handled according to the Pixel Tamerz Terms of Service. Refund requests can be submitted through our Customer Support channel; please check the Terms of Service for detailed rules and refund conditions. ※ Note: refunds may be restricted if you’ve already used the mileage granted by the first-purchase event or received the item in-game.
